In recent years, green economy such as energy conservation, carbon reduction, and renewable energy have emerged. Whether it’s clean energy sources like solar, wind and geothermal, or energy storage systems that stabilize the electrical grid, countries and enterprises have invested a lot of effort in carbon reduction.

Taiwan has abundant geothermal resources and wasted heat from combustion boilers in cement plants and other industrial applications which can be effectively leveraged to create more energy. Chinese government has released the “Medium and Long-Term Development Plan for Pumped Storage (2021-2035)”, which will invest more than 1.5 trillion Yuan to build pumped storage hydroelectricity stations. The total scale of production is expected to reach 1,200GW in 2030.

POWER8 will be the forefront leading this global trend of carbon reduction!

We are expecting to build a power capsule “energy storage” system with an area of 10,000 square meters and an energy storage capacity of 100 MW in China.

We are expected to build a “energy generation” system demonstration plant with a power generation capacity of 100kWh in Taiwan in 2022.
